PHYSICAL DAY 2008  

Parents & Athletes-

Pinnacle Orthopaedic Research Institute is putting on Physical Day 2008 at Kennesaw State University Convocation Center.  For just $20 students will receive a complete physical by a professional doctor.  Plus, at no extra cost, an ultrasound machine will examine their hearts for any defects.

The time blocked off for Sprayberry students is from 11:00-11:30.  Please be sure to arrive during this time frame.  Students can drive themselves to the event or Sprayberry will offer bus transportation the day of the event.  The bus will leave Sprayberry promptly at 10:00AM.

Please make sure to bring your physical with you and have all the information filled out and signed by both the parent and the student.

Students Need To Bring and Wear:

·        Physical Exam Form.

·        $20 Cash or Check to PORI.

·        Boys Wear Shorts and T-Shirt.

·        Girls Wear Shorts and a T-Shirt and a Backless Swimsuit.
