Water practices are Mon-Wed 4:00-5:15 pm Thursday 7:45-9:00 pm.
Morning conditioning is from 7-8am Mon. thru Fri. In the Sprayberry Weight Room.
Equipment- All swimmers need caps, goggles, and flippers.
