When - April 17, 2010
Where - Catch bus at Sprayberry at 10:30 and go to KSU Convocation Center
Time: 8:00am -2:00pm
Buses
will leave Sprayberry at 10:30
Physicals cost $20 (great price!) and $10
of that goes back to our Athletic Club!!
What you will need:
Physical
Form signed by parent
$20 - cash or check made out to PORI
Wear shorts and tshirts (girls-backless swimsuit)
They
will be doing an Echocardiogram (a $250 value not usually done at physicals!!!)
